About ME
I thought I'd keep a theme of cats in pictures going, as you'll see below.

I'm a graphic designer and writer, although I've mainly dedicated this website to my passion for writing. I do plan to incorporate my artwork here too at some point, but for now, I want to keep things simple.
I'll start by talking about myself and some people I admire. And maybe even just ramble a bit, but I'll keep that confined to my blog.
There are a lot of things I'm proud of, one of them being actually getting off my ass and writing something that I've thought about for a long time. Twenty-four hours a day, I think about stories. I have about fifteen in my head right now, whizzing around. I find myself zoning out, thinking about what could happen on page 257, about how the character would do this here, but actually he or she would want to do this. I think about what new and interesting concepts I could incorporate into book seven, or what unique villain I could introduce in
book three.
I think a lot of people know the feeling. It's that feeling when you catch yourself daydreaming about that thing that you love. Sometimes it gives you a headache from how much you're thinking about it, so you have to move on to a different thing to obsess over.

I have big plans for what I create in the future and I intend to release every one of the stories I have bouncing around my brain. They'll be released here in the future as soon as they're done. I won't say I'm a slow writer, but I like to be as happy with my projects as possible before release. I'm not perfect and I make mistakes, but please know I try my hardest to make sure that doesn't happen.
INSPIRATIONS
PETER WATTS

To me, Watts is a master of description without really describing. Like many masters, he can open up your imagination and make you paint a canvas. His use of technical science is so far beyond my skills as a writer. But, that's okay, because I wouldn't be able to do the science fiction genre justice if I tried copying. So, I think I'll just read in amazement.
Oh, and thanks for replying to my email, that was nice.

GEORGE R. R. MARTIN

In a world of architects and gardeners, George is the best at tending to his fields. His many, many fields. Personally, as the latter, I don't know how he masterfully builds his worlds a book at a time, not fully knowing what's to come. However, I am thankful I have stayed in his world for quite a while.
And the way George describes food sounds
fucking delicious.
CORMAC MCCARTHY

McCarthy has the most unique writing style in my mind. When I read the simple words on the page it's like those aethereal squiggles invented by antient men Transend mankind itself and I am transported elsewhere far off. That was my Cormac McCarthy impression, how'd I do?
Seriously though, there's not much else to say that someone hasn't already said. No one makes rural America seem so alien. Es increíble.
H. P. LOVECRAFT

As one of my first influences, as I imagine is the same for a lot of other people, Mr. Lovecraft captures horror in a bottle so well, making each of his concepts so inexplicable, so captivating, and so scary.
I also sense a lot of passion on this man, far more than seems human. Maybe he was a creature of another realm. Or, maybe he was just a great visionary.
JUNJI ITO

An amazing artist and storyteller, Junji Ito isn't shy about displaying his fears, and I love his openness. While he's a manga artist, I've always admired comic book art, and would be ecstatic to make one in the future.
His use of mono is so iconic, it's hard to not be awed while seeing his drawings. They're creepy, visceral, and so so detailed. And like Watts and Lovecraft, looks like he's a a cat person as well.
